The Residence L'Isola provide to the guests a welcome package with maps and tourist information with suggestions for what to do and see in the city, and places to eat and drink. In the kitchen guests will find sugar, salt, oil, spices, coffee, tea, jams, honey, biscuits etc. Toiletries are provided in the bathroom.

Only by request are available on request cleaning and linen change; transfer to and from the airport; computer rental; guided tours of the city and vicinity; Catering service offering traditional local cuisine; Ticket office for reservations and purchase of tickets for shows, exhibitions and sporting events.
