Payment - the total cost of the stay should be settled on arrival. For stays of seven days or more 50% of the cost of the entire stay is required so as to confirm the reservation. Payment to be made in cash, by cheque or by wire transfer. Credit cards are not accepted.

Cancellation - should the client cancel the reservation:
For reservations cancelled at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival, no penalty will be incurred. For reservations cancelled from 13 to 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, a penalty equal to 50% of the total cost of the reserved accommodation will be charged. Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the scheduled date of arrival will not be accepted and the entire cost of the reserved accommodation will be charged. Cancellation of reservations for stays of a week or longer, made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will incur a penalty fee equal to 50% of the total stay.
Cancellations made beyond this 14 day limit will not be accepted and the entire cost of the reserved accommodation will be withheld.
